  Startup file: passenger_wsgi.py
  Entry point: application

First steps after upload:
  1. Upload the ZIP contents into apps.spandaman.co.uk/hostable_portal
  2. Create or point the Python app at that folder
  3. Install requirements in the server venv
  4. Create .env on the server
  5. Run init_db.py to create the admin account
  6. Restart the Passenger app
